Through the Fit Bodies program, Beth Steffens Yoga combines mindful movement, restorative wellness, and travel experiences in beautiful all-inclusive resort destinations around the world.
By teaching yoga classes during select travel weeks, Beth has the opportunity to share approachable wellness experiences in stunning beachside and tropical settings while connecting with guests from around the globe.
From sunrise yoga overlooking the ocean to restorative movement surrounded by nature, these experiences are designed to help students slow down, recharge, and reconnect — all while enjoying the beauty and relaxation of resort travel.
