Pause before the busy season begins with an evening of grounding, breathwork, and a 60-minute immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, hand pan, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, rain shakers, djembe drums, and more. Recommended for adults and participants aged 16+, accompanied by a guardian.
In 2026, Beth Steffens completed her Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healing Certification through Life Changing Energy.
This training expanded her restorative wellness offerings through the intentional use of sound, vibration, meditation, and mindful relaxation techniques.
Combined with over a decade of yoga teaching experience, Beth’s approach to sound healing focuses on creating calming, approachable, and restorative experiences rooted in mindfulness and nervous system support.
