Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

  • With less than 48 hours notice, if a session is missed or canceled the client will be charged for the session.
  • With less than 48 hours notice, if a session is rescheduled to a different time, the client will be charged for the initial session.
  • A late arrival time will shorten your session time.
  • Private Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable to another student or group.
  • Private Sessions expire 1-year from purchase.
